Robbery takes place in Samarkand region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 17 February 2019, in Pastdargom district of Samarkand region, 44-year-old resident of the Toz Kulton makhalla A.K. appealed to police and reported a robbery.

Five persons stopped him, when he was driving on his Spark car in the territory of Utarchi mahallas. Threating him, they took US$5,000 from the car and the golden ring.

As a result of the measures taken, 22-year-old residents of the “Utarchi” makhalla of Pastdargam district and 27-year-old resident were detained.

In fact, a criminal case was initiated, the investigation is underway.
