RM Nanotekh hopes to cooperate with Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is ready to expand cooperation with RM Nanotekh, a portfolio company of ROSNANO, and promote innovative membranes for water cleaning in Central Asia. This was achieved in the result of negotiations between RM Nanotekh and representatives of engineering companies of Uzbekistan. Talks were held in Tashkent.
Head of department on business development of RM Nantotekh Aleksandr Varga held talks with management of engineering companies, which supply water cleaning and water preparation equipment to the Uzbek market. Currently, membrane market of Uzbekistan is small, but it is growing as there is drinking water shortage in the country.
The Russian company believes that its technologies can help this problem. The cooperation in the sphere of water cleaning was discussed at the meeting with Uzbek engineering companies and RM Nanotekh.
After the negotiations, the protocol was signed, in line with which Uzbek side will provide information on possible use of technical solution and technologies at the objects at Uzbekneftegaz. Based on presented information, the Russian company plans to visit Uzbekistan again and develop further cooperation.
