Rishad Sobirov claims gold medal of Paris Grand Slam

Uzbekistan’s Rishad Sobirov claimed a victory at international tournament of Grand Slam series, which took place in Paris, France.
Current world champion and the Asian Games winner Rishad Sobirov (60 kg) defeated Ludovic Chammartin of Switzerland, Nicholas Kossor of the United States, Toru Shishime of Japan and Amiran Papinashvili of Georgia.
In the final match, Sobirov faced Hovhannes Davtyan of Armenia and clinched victory within 3,5 minutes.
This is the second victory of Rishad Sobirov this year. In January 2011, he won Masters tournament in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Another Uzbek athlete Khurshid Nabiev (90 kg) won a bronze medal in Paris tournament.
