Retail trade turnover of Uzbekistan make up 49.75 trillion soums

Turnover of retail trade of large enterprises made up 5.25 trillion soums and in the structure of retail trade - 10.6%.

Turnover of small business and microforms increased by 9.6% and reached 11.413 trillion soums, the share of sales in the total turnover of retail trade was 22.9%.

Out of the total turnover of individual entrepreneurs, the sale of goods in trade reached 33.082 trillion soums, which is 11% higher than in the same period of 2016. The share of this sector in the total volume of trade amounted to 66.5%.

The volume of retail trade of enterprises with state property made up 83.1 billion soums, which is 42.9% more compared to the same period in 2016. The specific weight of the total volume is 0.2%.

The volume of retail trade of enterprises with non-state property exceeded 49.66 trillion soums, which is 11% higher than in the same period in 2016. The specific weight of total volume is 99.8%.

The highest share in total volume of retail trade turnover is registered in Tashkent and is 21.4%, in Tashkent region - 10.4%, Ferghana - 8.9% and the lowest - in Syrdarya region - 1.8%, Jizzakh region - 3.4%, Karakalpakstan - 3.4%.
