Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Presidential Decree “On measures to mitigate the coronavirus pandemic, to radically improve the system of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health protection” was adopted.

According to the decree, the implementation of the following urgent measures to protect the sanitary and epidemiological welfare and health of the population is determined:

mobile groups will be created in each family polyclinic and central multidisciplinary polyclinics; simplified instructions will be developed for them;

introduce methods of rapid testing and enzyme immunoassay with the involvement of the private sector in laboratory research;

measures will be taken to immediately take an analysis for coronavirus infection upon receipt of complaints from the population and identify symptoms of the disease, notifying them within 3 days of the result of the analysis via personal phone numbers;

the system of mutual exchange of information between medical institutions will be simplified - the types and frequency of reports and other processes associated with paperwork will be transferred to an electronic system.
