Republican scientific immunology center to be created in Uzbekistan

Interim President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyayev signed a resolution “On measures on further improving organization of scientific researches in the field of immunology” on 30 September 2016.

Republican scientific immunology center will be created on the base of Immunology Institute of Uzbekistan Science Academy.

Republican scientific immunology center is the legal entity in the form of the state establishment. It will be financed due to grants, allocated to scientific projects on competition bases, resources received due to economic activities and grants of international financial and other institutes.

The Center will conduct research on immunology and genetic bases of human body, development of immunodeficiency and immune-diseases, etc.
