Republican Children Forum takes place in Uzbekistan

Sen Yolg’iz Emassan organized the forum in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Education, Republican Center for Social Adaptation of Children, UNICEF Office in Uzbekistan.

Over 50 students of the 7-8 classes of general schools of Uzbekistan are attending the event. The forum attracted also students of Mercy Houses, SOS Children Villages, children with disabilities and others.

The participants divided into three sessions “We are different, and this is our power”, “National achievements: lessons and opportunities” and “Single spirit and values”.

On the second day of the forum, the participants will visit Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis and familiarize with the activity of parliament within the adoption of the law related to children.

At the end of the forum, the children will adopt a resolution of the forum and conclusions of it will be used at developing draft law “On guardianship and trusteeship”.
