Representatives of Uztekstilprom Association undergo training in France

The delegation included 14 representatives of the Design center “Sharq Liboslari” under the Uztekstilprom Association.

Training was organized for purpose of training and retraining of personnel - designers, designers for the sewing industry of Uzbekistan.

During the program, domestic designers and designers got acquainted with new innovative ideas in the design of finished products, as well as the latest methods of modeling and designing clothes. During trainings, special courses and master classes, Uzbek specialists took part in practical classes from the leading designers of the International Fashion Academy.

Also within the framework of the visit the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in France, the Design Center Sharq Liboslari and the tourist delegation of the city of Bukhara organized a presentation of the tourism and investment potential of the industry under the name "Uzbekistan - the pearl of the Great Silk Road".

During the event, the Design Center Sharq Liboslari organized a fashion show of national clothes, telling about the achievements of the fashion industry. The President of the Federation of Consumers of France and the head of the company Les Chargeurs, leading designers of the School of Fashion, media representatives took part in the show.

In separate negotiations with the head of the Academy of AICP, J. Vaucloure, preliminary agreements were reached on the implementation of the second stage of training courses in October 2018 for designers from Uzbekistan on preferential terms.

At the same time, Vaucloure supported the offer of the Uztekstilprom Association about the establishment of the branch of the AICP in Uzbekistan. Today, the AICP Academy branch is open in Japan.
