Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved new appointments in the higher pedagogical education system, the government’s press service reported.

Maksudjon Yuldashev has been appointed as Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. Prior to this, he served as Head of the Department for Teacher Training and Professional Development at the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

Ulugbek Tashkenbayev has been named as Executive Director of the Tashkent branch of the Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University. He previously worked as Advisor to the Minister of Preschool and School Education.

Mash’al Saidov has been appointed as Rector of Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute. Before the appointment, he headed the Department of Management and Marketing at Al-Farghani University.

Sherzod Urakov has been named as Rector of Kattakurgan State Pedagogical Institute. He earlier served as Head of the Kattakurgan branch of Samarkand State University.
