Ravshan Irmatov was appointed to Argentina-Switzerland clash

FIFA referee Ravshan Irmatov was appointed to the last 16 match of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil between Argentina and Switzerland, but later was replaced with referee from Sweden.
Former referee from Argentina Héctor Walter Baldassi wrote at Twitter account that FIFA appointed Rasvhan Irmatov to the match between Argentina and Switzerland, but Argentina objected to the appointment.
In the result, FIFA appointed Jonas Eriksson from Sweden to the match. At the same time, Héctor Walter Baldassi criticized the decision, asking how referee from Europe can officiate match with participation of the European side.
He also recalled that Ravshan Irmatov officiated the match between Argentina and Germany in quarterfinals of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. Argentina lost the match with the score 4-0.
