Ravshan Irmatov claims second place among world’s best referees
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Three-time AFC Referee of the Year Ravshan Irmatov entered to the ranking of the World's best Referee 2010, which was announced by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).
Uzbekistan’s Ravshan Irmatov took the second place in ranking with 128 points. England’s Howard Webb was the first with 189 points.
Ranking of the best 20 referees of the world included 13 officials from Europe, three from Southern America, two from Asia and Central America.
Yuichi Nishimura of Japan was the second representative of Asia. He claimed 14-15th place with Alberto Udiano Mallenco of Spain.
