Ravnaq-bank to place shares for 1.3bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Private joint stock commercial bank Ravnaq-bank registered a prospectus of emission of ordinary shares for 1.3 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities registered the emission of the bank.
According to the emission, the bank will place 1.3 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums. The shares will be placed on open subscription.
