Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution “On admission to the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin in the city of Tashkent for the academic year 2020/2021” was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, the student admission quota to the Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin in the city of Tashkent (Branch) for the academic year 2020/2021 was set in the amount of 345 people (225 full-time students, 120 night time students).

Admission to the Branch will be carried out in the areas of full-time education on the basis of a state grant - 40 percent, paid-contractual basis - 60 percent, and in the areas of evening education fully on a paid contract basis.

Admission to the Branch of graduates of the territorial preparatory department of the University in Kashkadarya region will be carried out according to the results of a separate competition among graduates of the territorial preparatory department. Graduates of the preparatory department who have not passed the competition have the right to pass an exam at the Branch on a common basis.
