Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Government resolution amended and supplemented a number of resolutions aimed at creating decent incentives for physical education teachers who achieved high labor productivity.

In particular, according to the amendment to the Regulation on the procedure for certification of teachers of preschool, general secondary, secondary special, professional and extracurricular state educational institutions:

The following physical education teachers of educational institutions will be assigned a qualification category (position) directly (without certification):

who prepared the winners of the 1st place in sports competitions of the district (city) scale - the second qualification category (position of senior teacher);

who prepared the winners of the 1st place in regional sports competitions - the first qualification category (position of lead teacher);

who trained winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in sports competitions of the international and republican scale - the highest qualification category (position of head teacher).

Also, now, to determine the ranking of the higher educational institution, activities in the field of development of physical culture and sports will be counted as a criterion.
