Qazaq Air to Launch Direct Flights Astana — Samarkand from 7 November

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  The Kazakh airline Qazaq Air has announced the launch of direct regular flights between Astana and Samarkand, starting on 7 November 2025.

The new route is intended to make travel between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan more convenient and to strengthen tourist, business, and cultural ties between the two countries.

Flights will operate twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays.

The launch of this route is expected to enhance air connectivity between the neighboring states, create new opportunities for travelers, entrepreneurs, and students, and provide an additional boost to tourism, trade, educational, and cultural initiatives.
