Public Education Ministry announces vacancies for positions of heads of regional offices

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan announced two vacancies to fill the posts of heads of regional departments of public education in Jizzakh and Kashkadarya regions.

For the first time, the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan is conducting an open selection for these positions. Previously, the system of appointment of regional managers was not transparent and raised questions.

The vacancies for positions of the heads of regional departments of public education of Jizzakh and Kashkadarya regions were published on the vacancy section (http://ish.uzedu.uz) of the official website of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.

This section was developed by specialists of the Center for ICT Development in the field of public education and the Department of Personnel Management of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan and launched in the second decade of December 2018.

Visitors of the section at the moment can familiarize themselves with the vacancies of schools, departments and the administration of public education in Tashkent, as well as republican organizations of the Ministry of Public Education. After testing, the system will be gradually implemented in all regions of Uzbekistan.

Open publication of vacancies will allow to create a database of candidates and select the best candidates.

Aziz Karimov, head of the Department of Personnel Management of the Ministry of Public Education, said: “The Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan is working to ensure the transparency of all business processes in the public education system. Publish vacancies in the public domain, we take another step in ensuring competition in the selection of candidates for vacant positions, thus we will have the opportunity to choose competent specialists. ”

It should be noted that the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan is tasked with introducing modern principles of personnel policy formation in the public education system through the introduction of advanced and transparent organizational and legal mechanisms for the selection, training, retraining and advanced training of management and teaching staff.

Now the Department of Personnel Management of the Ministry is working to improve the system of work with personnel.
