Prospects for expanding cooperation with Japanese Business Alliance for Smart Energy Worldwide were discussed in Japan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to attract advanced Japanese technologies in the implementation of joint projects in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and the introduction of new technologies and developments for the development hydrogen energy, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan held negotiations with representatives of the Japanese Business Alliance for Smart Energy Worldwide (JASE-W).

During the meeting, issues of expanding activities in Uzbekistan of "JASE-W" and its members, including more than 40 advanced high-tech Japanese companies, including cooperation with the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and JSC "Thermal Power Plants" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, were discussed.

Representatives of JASE-W noted that the members of the organization specialize in the development and implementation of energy efficient technologies, including cogeneration, as well as technologies for hydrogen energy. In particular, KAWASAKI has low-power hydrogen-fueled turbines.

As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on further elaboration of issues of joint implementation of projects in the field of new technologies and hydrogen energy, as well as the direction in the second half of July of this year. missions of JASE-W specialists within the framework of the ongoing project with the Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
