Production of Smoked Sausages in Uzbekistan Rises by 37%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to September 2025, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced 9.9 thousand tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages, a 37.3 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024.

According to the National Statistics Committee, production dynamics over the past three years show steady growth: 6.3 thousand tons were produced in January–September 2023, 7.2 thousand tons in the same period of 2024, and 9.9 thousand tons in 2025.
