Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Regulation on the procedure for recording notaries engaged in private notarial practice was approved.

According to this, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the departments of justice (justice authorities) compile a list that includes information about the private notary and his working address.

A private notary sends a notice to the justice authority to register. The justice authority registers it no later than the next day after receiving the notification and notifies the relevant territorial department of the Notary Chamber about this.

From the moment such notification is received, the private notary becomes a member of the Notary Chamber and receives the status of a notary.

Information on the registration of a private notary and the territory of his activity is entered into the electronic register in the Unified automated information system.

The electronic registry is maintained by the justice authority.
