Prime Minister of Uzbekistan to visit Kyrgyzstan

Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov held a telephone conversation on 7 August 2017.

Abdulla Aripov and Sooronbai Jeenbekov discussed preparations for the next meetings of the intergovernmental commission on bilateral cooperation and an intergovernmental commission for the delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border.

Uzbek Prime Minister confirmed the readiness of the Uzbek side to conduct Days of Uzbek Culture in Kyrgyzstan in October 2017.

Abdulla Aripov during the conversation expressed gratitude to the Kyrgyz side for timely assistance to citizens of Uzbekistan, who were injured in the road accident on the territory of Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic on 3 August 2017.

Prime Minister Sooronbai Jeenbekov thanked Uzbekistan for decision to build a general school for 630 pupils in Osh.
