Prime Minister of Belarus to Visit Uzbekistan on Official Trip
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Turchin, will lead a government delegation on an official visit to Uzbekistan, according to BELTA.
During the visit to Tashkent, the fourth meeting of the Uzbek-Belarusian Business Council will be held, along with the Uzbek-Belarusian Business Forum. These events are expected to serve as effective platforms for discussing prospects for expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation.
The two-day visit program includes negotiations with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, as well as visits to several industrial enterprises and a review of ongoing industrial projects.
Further deepening of bilateral cooperation will be addressed during a meeting with the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The upcoming visit is anticipated to provide an additional impetus for the development of Uzbek-Belarusian cooperation across a wide range of sectors.
