Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 28 June, at about 13:30 hours, near the intersection of Uzbektrakt and Oydin streets of Samarkand, the prevention inspector, senior lieutenant Beknazarov Zokhid Sharipovich rescued a drowning man in Zarafshan river, born in 1988 and resident of Zaamin district of Jizzakh region.

As a result of negligence, this citizen fell into the water, and he was carried away along the Zarafshan River. The preventive inspector who carried out preventive measures in this territory, senior lieutenant Zohid Beknazarov, seeing this incident, hastened to help a drowning man, pulled him out of the river, thereby saving his life.

The citizen quickly received first aid.
