Presidents of Uzbekistan and Serbia Sign Joint Declaration
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Following talks in Tashkent, Presidents of Uzbekistan and Serbia, Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Aleksandar Vučić, signed a joint declaration along with a package of intergovernmental and interagency agreements.
Among the signed documents are agreements on the mutual promotion and protection of investments, economic cooperation, collaboration in healthcare, tourism, education, science, and culture, as well as in engineering, advanced technologies, artificial intelligence, and related fields.
Additionally, a protocol on the training of diplomatic personnel, an interministerial cooperation program for 2026–2027, a memorandum on labor migration, a protocol on the development of sports and physical culture, and an agreement establishing sister-city relations between Tashkent and Belgrade were signed.
