Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev jointly attended the AlmatyFair.ai exhibition on digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

The heads of state were introduced to cutting-edge innovations in these fields and received a presentation on alem.ai, an AI center being established at the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan.

Alem.ai is set to become a hub for training AI specialists, supporting startups, and facilitating scientific research.

The presidents also explored the activities of Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan, the largest tech parks in Central Asia, which have joined forces under the Central Asian Innovation Hubs alliance.

The leaders emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in digitalization, developing joint IT products, and aligning national strategies in artificial intelligence and advanced information technologies.
