President signs law establishing State Security Service Day
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the law “On establishment of the Day of State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan” on 2 October.
The document was adopted by the Legislative Chamber on 6 September 2018 and approved by the Senate on 27 September 2018.
“To establish 5 April as the Day of the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan,” the law said.
