The President of Uzbekistan noted that he highly appreciates contribution of the chairman of the Zhokorgu Kenesh to strengthening ties between the parliaments of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening and expanding bilateral relations, special attention was paid to measures to enhance inter-parliamentary cooperation.

Uzbek President invited Chynybai Tursunbekov, chairman of the Zhokorgu Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, to visit Uzbekistan to familiarize with the reforms, implemented in Uzbekistan, to strengthen cooperation, exchange of experience.
