President of Uzbekistan Awards Prosecutor’s Office Staff on Professional Holiday

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree awarding a group of employees of the prosecutor’s office in honor of Prosecutor’s Office Workers’ Day.

Among those recognized are both senior officials and rank-and-file staff whose work has been acknowledged as a significant contribution to strengthening lawfulness, public order, and legal culture in the country.

The “Mehnat Shuhrati” (Labor Glory) Order was awarded to Botir Kalonov, Chairman of the Public Center for Social Support of Prosecutor Veterans. The “Mardlik” (Courage) Order was presented to Marat Yunusov, First Deputy Head of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor’s Office, and the “Dustlik” (Friendship) Order was awarded to Gulchehra Razakova, Senior Inspector of the Tashkent City Department of the same division. All were honored for many years of dedicated service, exemplary work in protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms, and special achievements in preventing legal violations.

The “Jasorat” (Bravery) Medal was awarded to Jamshid Zaripov, Head of the Prosecutor’s Office Department of Jizzakh Region, and Murodbek Makhmudov from the Presidential Administration. The “Sodiq Xizmatlari Uchun” (For Faithful Service) Medal was awarded to Bahriddin Akhmedov, Deputy Specialized Prosecutor of Navoi Region; Ural Rakhimov, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Taylak District, Samarkand Region; and Bahodir Yunusov, Prosecutor of Kyzylryk District, Surkhandarya Region.

Additionally, the “Shukhrat” (Glory) Medal was awarded to Nigina Gaibbaeva, Head of the Prosecutor’s Office Department of Namangan Region, and Dilmurod Kobulov, Deputy Prosecutor of Syrdarya Region.

The decree emphasizes that all awards were granted for significant contributions to fostering the younger generation in the spirit of loyalty to the Motherland, protecting the interests of society and the state, and strengthening legal culture in society.
