President of Uzbekistan Awards Group of Civil Servants for Contributions to Asaka District Development
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 29 July 2025, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree awarding a group of civil servants.
They were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the successful implementation of fundamental reforms and state programs, significant input into the socio-economic development of Asaka District, improvements to local infrastructure, and for their knowledge, experience, organizational skills, and initiative.
The high honors also acknowledged their effective role in establishing the work of the “Reform Headquarters,” as well as their worthy contribution to ensuring public interests, peace, and the well-being of the population.
The Order of “Dustlik” (“Friendship”) was awarded to Nasibulla Muminov, Hokim of Asaka District in Andijan Region.
The Medal of “Jasorat” (“Courage”) was presented to Akmaljon Mirzakarimov, Prosecutor of Asaka District; Shokhrukhbek Nazirov, Head of the District Department of Internal Affairs; and Ilhomjon Rakhimov, Head of the District Tax Inspectorate.
The Medal of “Shukhrat” (“Glory”) was awarded to Farhod Nabiyev, an official of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
