President of Uzbekistan approves projects of businesspeople

The industrial zone occupies almost 10 hectares. It is planned to implement 22 projects worth over 142 billion sums on organizing production of light and food industry, printing, medical equipment, as well as polyethylene bags and film. Realization of projects will allow to produce products worth 82.2 billion soums per year and provide almost 4 thousand people with jobs.

The industrial zone is provided with all communications and necessary infrastructure. Modern energy-saving technologies will be used in implementing projects.

The Head of the state asked about possibilities of the small industrial zone, the economic efficiency of projects.

During the conversation with entrepreneurs, recommendations were given on effective use of favorable business environment, expansion of production of competitive products, intensification of cooperation with foreign business people and export development.
