President of Uzbekistan approves agreements with Russia

Uzbek leader also approved an agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the mutual establishment of representative offices of competent authorities in the field of migration.

Both documents were signed on 5 April 2017 in Moscow during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Russia.

Mirziyoyev instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to send a notification to the Russian side on implementation of the domestic procedures by of Uzbekistan necessary for entry into force of these international treaties.
