President of Uzbekistan approves agreement with Latvia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov approved an agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of Latvia on mutual visa-free travels for holders of diplomatic passports.
Uzbek leader signed a resolution “On approval of international agreement”, which approve the document.
Uzbekistan and Latvia signed the agreement on 28 May 2014 in Tashkent within official visit of the President of Latvia Andris Berzins to Uzbekistan.
President Islam Karimov entrusted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to notify the Latvian side that Uzbekistan carried out all necessary procedures to enforcement of the agreement.
