President meets with public of Karakalpakstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with officials, entrepreneurs, activists and youth, representatives of the general public in Zhokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the press service of the head of state said.

Particular attention was paid to raising the region’s economy to a new level, developing infrastructure, improving engineering and communications networks, providing employment and raising the standard of living of the population.
