Uzbekistan Airways starts to use Full-flight simulator

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) starts to exploit new Full-flight simulator for Boeing-767 airplane, the press service of the Uzbek airline said.
The airline said that Canadian company CAE produced and delivered the simulator to Uzbekistan. The software of the simulator allows to simulate flight to any part of the world and in any weather conditions.
Specialists of Canadian company conducted assembly and installation works. They also installed and tuned software.
The airline said that Canadian specialists train 11 engineers of the Uzbek airline, which will receive access to conduct trainings.
On 9 June, the first group of Uzbek pilots will start their trainings, the airline said.
Now, Uzbekistan Airways has all necessary simulators to train own pilots crew. The company plans to provide training to other foreign companies as well. Currently, it reached agreement with Scat and Tajik Air to train their pilots. Negotiations with the Russian companies are underway.
