Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At noon on 5 March, 37-year-old man appealed to the police that unknown persons stopped him in Iftihor Street, when he was driving his Spark car and stoled his mobile phone.
One stranger came to the car and asked to take them Qora-qamish massif of Tashkent city.
The second at this time walked around the car and distracted the driver from talking with the first. Then the strangers said they are not going to Qora-qamish massif and left the scene.
Later the driver discovered the loss of a cell phone.
As a result of operational search activities, 29-year-old Javlon A. and 25-year-old Abduraim A. were detained on suspicion of committing this crime. A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 169 (“Theft”) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The investigation is underway.
