Plane with victims of road accident fly from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 June 2017, a special flight with the bodies of 9 dead and 38 injured in a road accident in Aktobe region of Kazakhstan on board flew to Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

Last night, employees of the consular section of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan with full assistance of the republican and local authorities decided all organizational and legal issues for the departure of the victims to their homeland.

The doctors of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan, who arrived in line with the order of Uzbekistan’s leadership, together with local doctors, inspected the hospitalized Uzbek citizens and adopted decision on possibility of their transportation to Uzbekistan.

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan, early in the morning the special flight flew from the airport of Aktobe to Uzbekistan.
