Peskov: The Russian President’s visit to Uzbekistan is being prepared

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Uzbekistan is being prepared, he is highly prepared. This was stated by spokesman of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov noted that the visit of Vladimir Putin to Uzbekistan is indeed in a fairly advanced stage of preparation.

“We will make the appropriate announcement,” Peskov said, RIA Novosti reported.

Ministry of Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan reported that the meeting of Mirziyoyev and Putin will be held in Tashkent on October 18-19.

Within the framework of the official visit of the Russian president, the first Russian-Uzbek forum of interregional cooperation will be held.h
