Permission system introduced to drill water wells in Uzbekistan

New regulation determines order of issuing permissions for drilling water wells by individuals and legal entities.

At the same time, individuals, who plans to use water up to 5 cubic meters a days, can drill wells without obtaining permission.

State Committee of Uzbekistan for protection of nature and its territorial bodies will consider applications of legal entities and individuals for obtaining permission for drilling of water wells. They should submit a package of documents

The permission is issued for all period of drilling works, but not more than three years. The permission is issued without any charged.
