People’s Bank registered the issue of shares for 727.7 billion soums

The Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market registered a decision of the bank to issue shares.

Within the framework of this issue, the commercial bank will place 727.7 million common shares with a nominal value of 1,000 soums each. Total amount of the issue is 727.7 billion soums.

According to the bank, shares of this issue will be placed by private subscription.
