Paynet and Unitify Agree to Jointly Develop Digital Solutions for Residential Property Management in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Paynet payment system and Unitify have announced the launch of a partnership aimed at developing a digital ecosystem for property management companies and smart buildings in Uzbekistan.
The cooperation agreement was signed on 11 February 2026 in Tashkent during the “Movement” conference.
The parties agreed to combine their technological and industry expertise to accelerate the digital transformation of the residential property management sector in the country, as well as to improve convenience, transparency, and fairness in everyday life in apartment buildings for residents, management companies, and market partners alike.
Unitify is developing a digital platform for the comprehensive management of multi-apartment residential buildings and the creation of a full-fledged smart building experience.
The solution brings together property management companies, homeowners’ associations, residents, and building infrastructure within a single product, covering communications, the processing of requests and service inquiries, payments and billing, document management and announcements, as well as integration with engineering and digital equipment, including access control systems, intercoms, video surveillance, and metering devices.
“Our shared understanding is that a home is not just square meters. It is an environment where quality of life is formed: safety, comfort, predictability of expenses, relationships between neighbors, and the level of trust in those who manage shared spaces,” said Unitify CEO Ilya Sotonin. “In many cities around the world, residential property management is becoming digital, service-oriented, and people-centered. We believe that Uzbekistan is now at a point where such changes can be implemented quickly and done the right way.”
Since 2005, Paynet has been providing users with a wide range of payment services through an extensive network of terminals and a mobile application, remaining one of the country’s leading payment systems.
Unitify is registered in Hong Kong and was founded in 2024 by a team of professionals with more than 15 years of experience in property management and the digitalization of housing and communal services.
The company’s founders have served more than 20,000 residents through their work in a property management company, while the IT services they developed for residential administration are used by around 4,000 property management organizations.
The Unitify platform consolidates many years of the team’s practical expertise and is designed from the outset with a global market focus.
The company is already implementing projects in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Kazakhstan, and is also in talks to enter the markets of Austria, Spain, Slovenia, Latvia, and several other countries.
