Paper Mill Holding s.r.o wants to buy stake in Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Paper Mill Holding s.r.o (Czech Republic) is planning to purchase stake in Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo (Industrial Card Board Sales) open joint stock company.

In line with the legislation of Uzbekistan, Paper Mill Holding s.r.o disclosed its intention to purchase 215,600 shares or 53.0522% stake in Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo.

Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo OJSC is located in Tashkent region and specializes on production of card board and paper products.
