Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Ministry of Health in cooperation with the Unified Integrator UZINFOCOM launched the official telegram bot consultant coronavirusyordam. Its goal is the effective and proper organization of propaganda among the population in the current epidemiological situation, to fully and reliably answer all citizens' questions about coronavirus infection.

The bot contains a set of frequently asked questions by the population and answers to them, prepared by qualified specialists. In addition, citizens through correspondence send questions to operators and receive answers from them.

The bot consultant is conducted in Uzbek and Russian. The team of operators of the online counseling module, consisting of about 70 experienced doctors, professors and teachers, works around the clock in three shifts and answers all questions from the population online.

The telegram bot, launched on 31 March, until today, 11 April, 3:00 p.m., was visited by over 83 thousand citizens. More than 10 thousand of them contacted the operators via chat and received answers to more than 18 thousand questions. The rest received the necessary information from ready-made questions and answers.

“Before starting work, all operators underwent special training at a seminar organized for them,” says Shukhrat Boymuradov, head of the bot working group. - The most frequently asked questions today: what is the state of the disease by region or region, what are the symptoms of the disease in a person infected with coronavirus, confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been identified among the population or people in quarantine, what is the current state of patients, and so on.

There are also a number of questions regarding the social sphere. Our operators answer all questions, if necessary, provide the phone numbers of the relevant services. Naturally, citizens often ask the question: when does quarantine end? Our operators respond as follows: it depends on us and on how we together will fight the pandemic.

If we all strictly abide by the quarantine rules, then, according to international experience, the end of quarantine will be announced two weeks after the discovery of the last case of infection. Our goal is to provide citizens with the necessary information, even when they are sitting at home so that they do not panic and help us achieve solidarity in the fight against this disease.
