Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 8 April, officers of the road patrol service, the National Guard and the Sanitary and epidemiological well-being agency (SES) on the roads of Tashkent revealed 676 facts of violation of traffic rules and the rules for combating epidemics. 411 cars are placed on a penalty zone.
Concerning drivers of 407 cars, an administrative offense protocol was drawn up, provided for in article 54 “Violation of the rules for combating epidemics” of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Moreover, 256 cars, whose drivers traveled around the city without the appropriate permission (sticker), were placed on a fine site.
With regard to them, SES employees drafted the offense reports provided for in subsection 54 (2) of the “Violation of the rules for combating epidemics” Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility.
In accordance with the sanction of this article, a fine is imposed on citizens from twenty to thirty (from 4 million 460 thousand to 6 million 690 thousand soums), and on officials - from thirty to fifty basic calculation units (from 6 million 690 thousand to 11 million 150 thousand soums).
