Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — More than 4.3 million citizens of Uzbekistan traveled abroad for tourism during the first seven months of 2025.

According to data from the National Statistics Committee, this figure exceeded the same period last year by 954,400 people, representing a 28.2% increase.

The majority of trips were to neighboring countries: 1,918,904 citizens traveled to Kyrgyzstan, 799,429 to Kazakhstan, and 754,123 to Tajikistan.

Russia received 274,356 tourists from Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia welcomed 151,705, Turkey hosted 141,753, and the United Arab Emirates received 82,587 visitors.

Fewer citizens visited Egypt (38,081), Vietnam (22,762), and China (20,484). Trips to other countries totaled 132,339.
