Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In the first half of 2020, civil courts considered 122 798 cases, which is 5.8% less than in the same period of 2019. This was reported by the press service of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the reporting period, 30,424 court orders were issued on the collection of mandatory payments in the amount of over 39 billion 878 million soums. These indicators decreased compared to the same period of 2019 by 21.2% and 1.7%, respectively.
On the considered civil cases, 77,856 court decisions were issued, on which more than 84.3% of the claims were satisfied.
35 498 civil cases were considered in the course of field trials. 1,406 meetings and open dialogues with the population were held.
In addition, the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan considered 371 cases in a supervisory manner. 177 decisions of the courts of first instance were canceled and 39 court decisions were changed.
