Over 300 Enterprises with American Capital Operate in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 December 2025, Uzbekistan is home to 336 enterprises with American capital, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Of these, 146 are joint ventures, while 190 are fully foreign-owned.

The largest concentration of these companies is in Tashkent city, with 237 enterprises.

Other regions also host such businesses: 31 in Tashkent Region, 19 in Samarkand, 6 each in Navoiy and Kashkadarya, 8 in Bukhara, 5 each in Jizzakh and Fergana, 4 each in Andijan, Syrdarya, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 3 in Khorezm, and 3 in Namangan Region.
