Over 13,850 family enterprises operate in Uzbekistan

State Statistics Committee, number of operating ones made up 13,248 units or 95.6%. In comparison with the previous year, the growth in the number of registered and operating family enterprises averaged 25.4%.

About 37.2% or 4,924 enterprises work in industry sector, 21.2%, or 2808 units - services for accommodation and food, 16.6%, or 2201 units – trade, 11.3%, or 1496 units - agriculture, forestry and fisheries, 1.3%, or 170 units – construction, 1.1%, or 154 units - information and communication, 1.1%, or 144 units - transportation and storage, 1.0%, or 129 units - health and social services and .2%, or 1222 units – other spheres.
