Over 11,000 Azerbaijani Citizens Visited Uzbekistan for Tourism

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Committee, from January to July 2025, Uzbekistan was visited by 11,400 Azerbaijani citizens for tourism and other purposes, an increase of 1,800 people compared to the same period of last year.

The majority of visits were for tourism — 6,985 people, followed by business trips — 892, and visiting relatives — 3,500 citizens.

Other purposes of visits included study (6 people), commercial activities (3 people), and medical treatment (5 people).
