Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Over 10 public services will be transferred to the online format from 1 April, according to the Presidential Decree from 31 January 2020.
Starting from 1 April, in Tashkent, the following public services will be available exclusively through EPIGU and the official websites of state and economic government bodies, local government bodies:
- permission to import and export wild plants not listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and their parts;
- permission to import and export wild animals not listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as their parts, waste products, zoological collections, trophies, stuffed animals;
- certificate of registration of the nursery for the maintenance and breeding of wild animals not listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the zoological collection;
- extract from the Unified State Register of business entities about the business entity itself;
- extract from the Unified State Register of business entities, with the exception of confidential information;
- issuance of a certificate of the absence of the requested information and (or) a document from the Unified State Register of Entrepreneurship Entities;
- issuing in electronic form a list of business entities from the Unified State Register of business entities, with the exception of information access to which is limited by law;
- providing address and reference information
- Registration of a taxpayer - an individual with the tax authorities, issuance of TIN;
- suspension of the registration certificate of an individual entrepreneur.
At the same time, the automated system of state registration and registration of business entities was transferred to the State Services Agency, entrusting it with additional tasks of maintaining and maintaining the system.
In the mahallas of cities, towns, villages and villages, branches of the Public Services Centers will begin to be phased in. So the local population will be provided with access to a wide range of services, including mobile (visiting), consultations on the use of EPIGU, information on the provided public services. Branches will be located in gatherings of citizens of mahallas, but if necessary, in separate buildings, including those built on PPP terms.
A new government services digitalization department is being created in the structure of the State Services Agency. Its employees will engage in the digitization of information for the formation of electronic databases involved in the provision of public services. The work plan in this direction for the next three years has been approved.
Insurance companies were allowed to conclude compulsory civil liability insurance contracts for vehicle owners and to advertise compulsory insurance services on the premises and territories of public service centers.
