Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Otabek Valiyev has been appointed Assistant Minister - Head of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, Otabek Valiyev until now has worked as an assistant to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
