Otabek Almardanov becomes head of Mikrokreditbank

Otabek Almardanov was appointed to the post of chairman of the board of Mikrokreditbank, the press service of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan said.

Prior to that, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzpromstroybank.

According to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, Microcreditbank ranks 10th in terms of assets. The bank’s assets made up 2.08 trillion soums as of 1 May 2018. The bank’s share in the total volume of assets of the banking system of Uzbekistan is 1.2%.
